Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During new product launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are shipped via NZ Post courier services with tracking.

A flat shipping rate of $8 applies, with free shipping on orders over $120.

Estimated delivery:

Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

We ship to Australia via NZ Post.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, shown at checkout in Australian dollars.

Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days.

A tracking number is provided, though tracking may become limited once your parcel arrives in Australia.

We currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia, with more destinations on the way, we apologise for any inconvenience.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the courier to resolve the issue.
